Google posted strong Q2 '10 financial results, with revenue up 24% to $6.82 billion and operating income up 37% to $2.37 billion.

Traffic acquisition costs reached $1.73 billion, or 26% of overall revenue.

Owned site and partner site revenue both rose 23% in the quarter. Owned sited revenue reached $4.5 billion while partner site revenue reached $2.06 billion. International revenue reached 52% of total revenue, down slightly from 53% in Q1 and from Q2 '09 a year, largely on sifts in foreign exchange rates.
