Monthly Sector Analysis Reports: VIDEOTRAK™, WIRELESSTRAK™, DBSTRAK®

Access to our series of monthly Sector Analysis Reports is provided on an annual enterprise subscription basis.  A single subscription for your company will provide licensed distribution of the reports to an unlimited number of company employees throughout the year.

Annual enterprise subscription fees:

Option 1:
Subscription to ONE Sector Analysis Report (e.g. VIDEOTRAK only)
$1,750 per month ($21,000 annually for 12 reports)

Option 2:
Subscription to any TWO Sector Analysis Reports (e.g. VIDEOTRAK and WIRELESSTRAK)
$3,000 per month ($36,000 annually for 24 reports)

Option 3:
Subscription to all THREE Sector Analysis Reports (e.g. VIDEOTRAK, WIRELESSTRAK and DBSTRAK)
$3,750 per month ($45,000 annually for 36 reports)

Subscribers will be provided access to a website that allows search and retrieval of all archived reports and notification of new monthly reports.

Additional discount for January subscribers: All subscription orders received before January 30, 2010 will receive an additional 10% discount.

Internet viewing durations measured in minutes
Data compiled by comScore and Nielsen, along with scattered reports from online video providers, indicate online video remains a medium of brevity. Among top Internet video properties, only Netflix, which streams full-length movies and commercial-free TV shows, surpasses an average viewing session time of 30 minutes. Even viewing durations associated with category standout Hulu are no more than six minutes on average.

DirecTV subscriber additions continue to slow 
John Malone appears to be in harvest mode as DirecTV posted a 54% increase in profit to $750 million, while net additions fell in Q4 ’09. The company added 460,000 in Q1 ’09, but admittedly overshot its target for that quarter by allowing in more subscribers than it wanted. Over the next three quarters, with tightened credit policies, DirecTV only added 489,000 subscribers, barely surpassing Q1’s gains. >> Download Report Abstract
